The Annual General Meeting of NZ Family and Foster Care Federation Inc (operating as Caring Families Aotearoa) will be held via Teams on 20 October, 2021 from 1 pm – 2 pm. 

Who Can Vote?

As per our constitution (clause 18.1) only full members and life members have voting rights at an Annual General Meeting.

A full member is an individual Foster Carer or a person who the CEO deems is actively involved with the organisation.

General Voting

Any qualifying member unable to be present at the Annual General Meeting may exercise a written proxy or send a postal vote to the Chief Executive, seven days prior to the meeting, on any motion of which notice has been given. If any amendment is passed to the original motion, then any postal votes shall not be counted.
