The 50th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Caring Families Aotearoa (New Zealand Family and Foster Care Federation Inc) will be held via Microsoft Teams on:

Appointment of Proxy
As per our Constitution, (clause 18.5) a member with voting rights who is unable to be present at an AGM may exercise a written proxy or postal vote to the Chief Executive, seven (7) days prior to the meeting.
Please send these to jenniferh@caringfamilies.org.nz by 4pm on 30 September 2025. Please note that if you are posting these documents they will need to be sent in time so they are received by 30 September 2025.

The nomination period for one of our Foster Carer Member Board positions has now closed.
