The 50th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Caring Families Aotearoa (New Zealand Family and Foster Care Federation Inc) was held via Microsoft Teams on Tuesday 7 October 2025.
Appointment of Proxy
As per our Constitution, (clause 18.5) a member with voting rights who is unable to be present at an AGM may exercise a written proxy or postal vote to the Chief Executive, seven (7) days prior to the meeting.
