Kia ora koutou katoa,

Well the sun has been sticking around a little longer than usual, so little master 3 and I have been needing to water the vegetables a bit more, but the results have been wonderful. We’ve had our first harvest of figs from the new tree and they’re so yummy, it’s definitely been worth the wait. I hope you are managing to do something that gives you a break from your day and just regenerates you in some way.

There is a lovely Youtube video of Dr Gabor Mate speaking about the need to care for ourselves while caring for others. It’s a few years old now but still relevant today as he speaks about our need for self-care.

As part of your self-care, I would like to invite you to a cup of coffee with myself and one of our committee members. This month we will be in South Auckland at the Melba Café on Thursday 25 March from 6.30pm – 8.30pm. If you are able, I would love to catch up with you. You can rsvp to me on 0275010395.

Training

If you have any ideas about training, where you would like them held, or what topic you would like, I invite you to feedback to our National Office. With our current situation around Covid -19, it is only natural that there is some hesitation in meeting as a large group, but we would love to hear your voice. Call us on  0800 693 323 and ask for Dagmar, Training Coordinator.

To find out what trainings I am delivering around the region, please click the link to the training calendar.  Don’t forget to register.
