Caring Families Aotearoa Annual General Meeting (AGM)
The 51st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Caring Families Aotearoa (New Zealand Family and Foster Care Federation Inc) will be held in person and via Microsoft Teams on Wednesday 21 October 2026.
Appointment of Proxy
As per our Constitution, (clause 18.5) a member with voting rights who is unable to be present at an AGM may exercise a written proxy or postal vote to the Chief Executive, seven (7) days prior to the meeting.
If you are posting a written proxy, please ensure you allow sufficient time for us to receive it by Wednesday 14 October 2026 .

Remits
Remits must be in writing and supported by at least two full members of Caring Families Aotearoa, or one other Associate Member.
Please send by email, post or deliver by hand no later than 23 September 2026.
