Kia ora everyone,
I hope your month has gone well. We have been very busy here at National Office with several projects in the pipeline.
It really feels like spring now and I have been enjoying the longer days outside. My flowers are starting to bloom, and I have been busy buying new plants for the garden.

We are moving into that really busy time of year, so remember to take some time for yourselves. You can’t care for others if you aren’t caring for yourself; here are some easy quick ideas for self-care:
• Go for a walk
• Take time to eat your dinner, don’t rush
• Stretch for five minutes
• Try a new smoothie
• Truly savour your dessert
• Try a new exercise video
- Listen to an inspirational podcast
- Watch a movie
- Read for fun
- Call a loved one
- Pick up a new hobby
- Go for a coffee with a friend
- Plan your dream vacation
Kia kaha, kia hauora, me kia atawhai / Be strong, be healthy, and be kind!
